Saavvo ("we", "our", "us") is a gamified financial literacy platform being built for Indian children and teenagers aged 8–18. Our websites are saavvo.com and saavvo.in. For privacy questions, write to privacy@saavvo.com.

02 Information We Collect

We only collect what you voluntarily provide when joining the early-access waitlist:

• Name
• Email address
• Your role (Parent, Educator, Student, Investor, or Other)
• Phone number (optional)

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics.

03 How We Use Your Information

Your details are used solely to:

• Notify you when Saavvo launches and grant early access in order of signup
• Send occasional product updates (you can opt out at any time)
• Understand our early audience so we can build a better product

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 Children's Privacy

This waitlist is intended for adults — parents, educators, and individuals aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

When the Saavvo app launches, every account for a user under 18 will require verifiable parental consent in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Children's data will never be used for advertising, profiling, or behavioural targeting.

05 Data Storage & Security

Waitlist data is stored securely and is accessible only to the Saavvo team. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — or until you ask us to delete it.

06 Your Rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal under India's DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@saavvo.com. We respond within 7 business days.

07 Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate this website and manage waitlist data securely. They are selected for their reliability and data-protection standards, and no personal data is shared with them for advertising or marketing purposes.

08 Changes to This Policy

As Saavvo grows, we may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and we'll notify waitlist members by email about significant changes.
